I have already wrote a blog about California, if you haven\’t seen click on the link below:

Moving on our food trail, we have the most amazing, appealing and delicious food waiting for us on the streets of California.
1. DUNGENESS CRAB
History: The Dungeness crab (Cancer magister) is a popular shellfish that inhabits bays, estuaries, and the nearshore coast of Alaska. The Dungeness crab is named after one of its representative habitats-a shallow, sandy bay inside of Dungeness Spit on the south shore of the Straits of Juan de Fuca.

• You can find this delicacy in the PIER MARKET, roaming on the streets of San Francisco.

There is this PIER MARKET where you can find the Dungeness crab. There is no dine-in there. Prices varies from $23 and ahead.
2. FRIED PIZZA🍕
History: Deep-fried pizza is a dish consisting of a pizza that instead of being baked in an oven is deep-fried, resulting in a different flavor and nutritional profile.

Californian style pizza is famous all over the world. You can find these pizza\’s in every corner of the streets in California. You can try this at EMILLIA\’S PIZZERIA

Price varies from $11-$30. People book their seats a day before they have to go. It is said that this place serves the best pizza in the East Bay!
3. AVOCADO TOAST

Avocado toast is not, in any way, a flavor bomb. The toast is crunchy and maybe a little nutty if it\’s a nice artisanal slice.

The avocado offers a decent textural contrast, but is, for the most part, tasteless. Sprinkle on some swanky salt, maybe a couple of chili flakes if you\’re feeling adventurous.

You can try it on at LODGE BREAD CO
